A colourful event, accessible for all.
The distance is of your own choosing, the pace is set by you.
Wear a light, bright or White T-shirt ( that you don’t mind getting messy)
Walk, run, dance or wheel yourself around the park, each lap is a distance of 0.5 miles, go round as many or few times as you wish. Be prepared to be decorated as you go, as our flurry flingers cover you in clouds of colour.
everyone taking part will get a medal, a bottle of water and paint for the final flurry.
Warm up exercise session for all abilities before the start.
Registration from 12noon
warm up & Start 12:30pm.
Local parking available.
NOTE: The park is wheelchair/buggy accessible although there are a few bumps and lumps in the path.
This is a public park which will not be closed to the public whilst the event is taking place.
